For support questions, technical issues, feature requests, billing problems, or anything else — email is the most reliable way to reach us.

We aim to reply within 24 hours on weekdays, and within 48 hours on weekends. If you haven’t heard back in 3 days, please send a follow-up — very occasionally messages get caught by spam filters.

Common questions

I want to cancel my subscription.
Email us with the email address you used to subscribe and we’ll cancel immediately. You can also cancel directly through the Stripe receipt email you received.

I want a refund.
Email us within 14 days of payment if your annual subscription doesn’t feel right. We’ll help.

I’m a teacher and want to share Sussed with my class.
Email us — we’d love to hear what you teach, what year groups, and what would make Sussed more useful for your students. Genuinely.

I’ve found a bug or something is broken.
Email us with what happened, what you expected, and (if possible) the device and browser you were using. We fix issues quickly.

I have feedback or a feature suggestion.
Always welcome. You can use the Feedback tab inside the app, or email directly. Real feedback shapes what gets built next.

Sussed is operated as a sole trader business based in New Zealand. It is designed and built by a registered maths teacher with 26 years’ classroom experience in UK and NZ secondary schools.
